Disciplines Used: Creative Direction, Graphic Design, Video, Social Media
This project is a creative campaign for my Design Portfolio class at Georgetown. For this project, we had to create a campaign that we will be working on in the future at our job. For this assignment we designed three different deliverables However there was a twist, we had to choose a classmate's campaign instead. I chose to take on a classmate's project, which was for a Gym & Studio. I was responsible for designing the deliverables. (The presentation decks/slides for the campaign are after the strategy brief.)
Strategy Brief
Presentation Slides
Postcard: My classmate is a brand ambassador for the gym. The target audience were active members of neighborhoods in Washington D.C. with an interest in fitness or fitness classes. With my deliverable, I designed postcards to send out into those target areas.
Flyer: Since it’s a community-based gym, I made a flyer for passing out and to post at a variety of places.
Web Banner: The gym needed a series of advertisements – ALL digital because everyone is currently at home with a flexible approach for web and social media ads. The second deliverable is a web banner. My hope is that it appears on sites for businesses around the area.
E-card: Another approach was to connect with current clients by sending out an email blast. I created an ecard from the flyer. about the promotion.
Social Media Images: The last deliverable is for social media. Mint could post these on Facebook and the ambassadors could also post them. I made three different campaigns with a variety of approaches. My goal in designing was to create eye-catching designs. My reason is to make it pop out when people scroll through their feeds. One set I made with fewer words for Facebook ads. In case they want to create an ad. Facebook allows a certain number of characters. The graphic with more words could be used and transformed into a flyer.
Social Media Video: The last deliverable is for social media. Mint could post these on Facebook and the ambassadors could also post them. I had a lot of fun doing this campaign and just going outside of my comfort zone
to create different solutions and approaches.
